Got up early in the morning and took a bus down to see the Tower of Yasaka and the Kiyomizu Dera Temple. Had Starbucks and Clare bought a lucky bag. She was very lucky.
A bit tired so we just hung around the house and checked out the neighbourhood. Video of house walkthrough attached.
Today we had an early start to head off to Kyoto. Breakfast at 6:00am and then rush up north to Tokyo to catch the Skinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto.
We're all wrecked and need a time out. All the abundant activity of the last few days has left us wasted and we're taking a big chill.
Conrad and Julie want to miss breakfast and stay in bed, while Clare, Kim and I go down for breakfast at 8:30am.
